갑자기 사라져서 당황하셨던 분들 많으시죠?
저도 단골로서 혹시나 문을 닫은 건 아닐까 걱정했는데,
다행히 근처로 깔끔하게 확장이전을 했더라고요.
(Many regulars might have been surprised to find Eunhasu Bunsik gone from its original spot. As a long-time fan, I was worried they might have closed for good, but fortunately, they've just moved to a much cleaner and larger location nearby.)

새로 옮긴 매장은 훨씬 쾌적하고 넓어져서 이제 줄 서는 걱정 없이 편하게 식사할 수 있게 됐습니다.
공간은 현대적으로 변했지만,
사장님의 친절한 손맛과 특유의 정겨운 분위기는 예전 그대로라 정말 반가웠어요.
(The new venue is much more spacious and comfortable, allowing for a more relaxed dining experience. While the setting is new and modern, the owner’s warm hospitality and the cozy atmosphere remain exactly as I remembered.)
촌국수와 겨울 별미 선지국수 (Classic Noodles & Winter Special)
이곳의 대명사인 촌국수는 진한 멸치 육수 맛이 여전히 일품입니다.
한 입 먹자마자 "그래, 이 맛이지!"라는 감탄이 절로 나오더군요.
(The signature 'Chon-guksu' still boasts that deep, rich anchovy broth we all love. One sip was enough to remind me why this place is so special.)
특히 이번에는 요즘 같은 날씨에 놓칠 수 없는 겨울 별미, 선지국수도 함께 맛보고 왔습니다.
잡내 없이 깔끔하면서도 구수한 국물이 몸을 뜨끈하게 녹여주는데,
겨울이 가기 전에 꼭 드셔보시길 추천합니다.
(I also tried their winter specialty, Ox Blood Soup Noodles (Seonji-guksu). The clean yet savory broth is perfect for warming up in this chilly weather. I highly recommend trying it before the season ends.)
